The Achieve Coaching Model is a research-based model that integrates seven stages to help manager coach employees. The Achieve Model of Coaching refers to the faith between coach and client by rising the understanding about methods that are used to set targets and solve problems. Step 1: Assess the current situation
First segment of achieve coaching model, employees are encouraged to think about their existing condition. Therefore, it raises self-awareness among the employees and they become able to assume their future activities, current challenges, opportunities, and limitations. The employees of an organization will be able to identify their existing problems that harms their operations. It will help the company to make workplace effective by identifying the problems that are harming organizational operations.
