Key products of the restaurant are hamburgers, chicken nuggets, fries, sandwiches, salads, drinks etcetera (Craft, 2020). It provides services to 68 million customers daily (Craft, 2020). MC Donald’s has 205,000 employees globally and generates $21.1 Billion in revenue (Craft, 2020).
