Training and development is a precondition to develop and update the employees to the modern concepts and application. Training and development is another significant job for the HR of a company. The HR of a company detects the training and development needs of the employees and take actions to make them expert through training and development. Thus employees feel motivated thinking that their values will be increased through training and development and therefore, their performance in the workplace increases. This department takes initiatives and makes solution to the conflicts, as a results employees can properly work as a team, this maximizes the high employee performance in the workplace.

Satisfied employees perform much better than the neutral or dissatisfied employees. A HR managers knows the motivational theories because he has the responsibility to deal with the employees. Thus he knows how to motivate the employees, how the employees think to meet the demands, therefore the HR manager can take proper actions to meet the demand of the employees and to make him motivated. This is the most important one to maximize the performance of the employees in the workplace.

Improvement of the expertise

As the HR is concerned with the employee management, so it will take actions to improve the performance of the employees. The management will motivate the employees more by watching the improved performance of the employees and this will farther maximize the performance of the employees (Boxall, 2002). HR of a company takes different actions, such as inter-department training, which improves the expertise the employee. As a results the company gets improved performance of the employees.

Sustainable development is another fact that improves the employee performance. HR is not only engaged in the management of the employees, but this is engaged in the creative thinking to improve the performance of the company (Colbert, 2004). HR of a company thinks different ways to do a job in different but better way, to reduce the expenses etc. these factors significantly affect the performance in the workplace.

Corporate image

Corporate image is a very important motivator that motivates the employees to work harder for far better performance. As HR takes different initiatives primarily to improve the performance of the employees and thus this improves the performance of the company too. As a result, the corporate image of the company becomes brighter and reputation increases. This higher values in the corporate image motivate everyone in the workplace and farther maximizes the performance working.
