Vodafone serves their business globally and has customers more than 360 million. They are the most powerful stakeholders of the company because Vodafone earns profit by selling their products and services to the customers. They should stay tuned with their customers and maintain their satisfaction for company’s betterment. Government is the other powerful stakeholder of Vodafone. They will not be able to operate business, if host country’s government ban them. Vodafone have to handle government of every country they executes business.
